Your association’s monthly accounts, done for you.

Send us the month’s expenses and water readings. Ledgerly turns them into a bill for every flat and a report pack your committee can open at the meeting.

Every bill is built from three heads.

Residents ask the same questions every month. Ledgerly answers them on the invoice, so the committee stops explaining and starts deciding.

Operations charges

Every rupee spent, captured.

Facility management bill, diesel, consumables, common-area water, lift AMC, government fees. Anything unexpected goes under Miscellaneous. The total is shared equally or by flat area.

₹1,16,100 ÷ 100 flats
= ₹1,161.00 each
Repairs and replacements

Kept apart from the monthly fee.

An urgent repair or a replacement is recorded on its own. It reaches a resident’s bill only when the committee decides to charge it, so the regular fee never changes by surprise.

Lift repair ₹45,000 ÷ 100
= ₹450.00, only if charged
Water

Each flat pays for its own meter.

We enter opening and closing readings once. Litres are worked out per flat at one fixed rate per litre. Common meters are shared equally. No rounding, so rates like ₹0.0085 stay exact.

(closing − opening) × litres per unit
× rate per litre

Show the committee where the money went.

Every report starts with the answer to the first question at any meeting. Here is the operations page of a sample month.

Questions committees ask first.

Not here? Ask us at the demo. We answer in plain words.

Do we need to learn new software?

No. We enter the month’s figures. You receive files you already know how to open: PDF, Excel and PowerPoint.

Do you collect maintenance from residents?

No. Collection, banking and reconciliation stay with your association. Ledgerly prepares what each flat owes and reports on it.

Can we charge a repair to flats?

Yes. Repairs and replacements sit apart from the monthly fee. You choose which ones go onto bills, and the rest stay in the committee’s records.

How is water billed?

By each flat’s own meter at one fixed rate per litre. Common meters are shared equally. Amounts are exact to the paisa, with no rounding.

Do residents’ bills include GST?

No GST is added on resident bills. Your association can confirm its own tax position with its chartered accountant.

Who owns the data?

Your association. We use it only to prepare your accounts, and we can hand back a complete export whenever you ask.
